State Troopers say 31-year-old Joseph Phillips was going too fast Tuesday night when he went around a curve on Fire Tower Road near Gray Stone Drive.
Phillips' 2002 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck went off the road, hit a concrete ditch and flipped. The cab of the truck hit a tree. Phillips was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation by state troopers.
