2 Men Shot In Unrelated Shootings

Two men attempting to sell items are shot in unrelated incidents in Mobile - both within an hour of one another.

Mobile Police say one man was trying to sell his television when he was shot Friday afternoon. It happened around 4:30 in a neighborhood off Dauphin Island Parkway. Police say two men shot the victim twice in the hip on Delta Street. Emergency crews rushed him to the hospital, but police expect him to be OK. Detectives believe the men were trying to rob the victim.

One hour later, police say another man trying to sell his car was shot three times by the potential buyers. Police say a rifle and handgun were used. He was shot in the ankle, leg and arm. This shooting happened on Calhoun Street. No arrests have been made in either shooting.
