A Pensacola man dies at Baptist Hospital from gunshot wounds he received on Sunday. Pensacola Police say they now have a homicide on their hands.

Pensacola Police say they are now looking for a murder suspect after a man dies from gunshot wounds he received on Sunday.

According to police, 26-year-old Elijah "Eli" Siler was found lying in the middle of Wright street and Eighth Avenue Sunday night. Police say he had been shot several times.

Siler died last night around 6:30 at Baptist Hospital. Police say the motive behind the shooting is not known, but they are now considering it a homicide.
