(AP)- Do you know what they call a quarter pounder with cheese in France? You'll be able to find out -- and see the Mona Lisa at the same time.
A McDonald's restaurant is going to be installed in the food court of the underground mall adjacent to the Louvre, the Paris museum that houses the Mona Lisa and other priceless works of art.
The museum gets more visitors than any other in the world.
And France is McDonald's top market -- outside the United States, of course.
But some French are indignant about mixing French fries and art treasures. One of the Web sites that have taken a stand against it says the museum should have put its foot down.
