Police have arrested a teenager wanted for robbing a 69-year-old woman at gunpoint outside a local Walmart.
Mobile police say 19-year-old Nicholas Piper stole the woman's purse September 24th as she was getting into her car at the WalMart Neighborhood Market on University Boulevard.
Piper turned himself in last night. He was charged with first degree robbery.
