Robertsdale Police say their lead investigator will give no further statements today regarding the Saturday night incident. They haven’t released the identity of a man who killed himself after reportedly trying to shoot his wife last night, 11/28/09. Police say the armed man shot at, and then chased his wife into the CVS Pharmacy at the corner of Highways 59 and 104. Police say he then turned the gun on himself. It's not known why the gunman decided to take his own life. No one else was hurt. The CVS store was open as normal today. A corporate spokesman says they're offering counseling services to employees because of the incident. Robertsdale police haven’t said whether the couple travelled to the store together or arrived separately. You can see last night’s full story here.
