Police say a Mobile woman is recovering at USA Medical Center after being shot in the face and neck.

Police say a Mobile woman is recovering at USA Medical Center after being hit by bullet fragments in the face and neck. It happened after an argument on Farnell Drive Monday night.
26 year old Julian Brown has been charged with first-degree assault and was booked into Metro Jail.
