If you're a parent of a young child, you're probably thinking about this question.
Will I sign a permission slip for my child to get the H1N1 vaccine?
Wednesday, News Five asked parents of children at Fonde Elementary School in Mobile what they plan to do.
Renita Raymond said, "I have a daughter that has heart problems, so that's why I will sign it."
Many parents we talked to didn't have to think a long time for an answer.
When asked if she would sign the permission slip, Cristina Moreno said, "Of course. Its good for the kids."
Parent Cora Crum said, "Well, they say there's no harm in it, so why not? Anything to protect your health."
And Teresia Jones said, "One of my children had the flu a couple of months ago, so I want to be cautious about it. I don't want him to get sick again."
Some parents are ahead of the game.
Carol Brown said, "I already got my sons vaccinated for it."
Some want to do more research.
Michael Holley said, "(I) most likely will sign it, (and) will find out a little bit more details about what the side effects will be, but, from what I've heard about it, I'd rather her have the vaccination than come down with it, because of all the kids that have already been sick."
And one parent wasn't sure.
Diviny Gonzalez said, "I have to think about it because, I don't know. The vaccine is new, so I'm going to wait a little bit."
