A Baldwin county man is being charged with DUI Manslaughter after Florida Highway Patrol says he was involved in an accident that killed a motorcyclist. According to the accident report, 38-year-old Seth Dickison Jr. was driving on Highway 292 Saturday night when he lost control on a curve. That is when FHP say Andrew Helber of Pensacola struck the rear of Dickison's car with his motorcycle. Helber was killed in the accident.
Florida Highway Patrol says Dickison was arrested at the scene for DUI Manslaughter. FHP says Dickison's blood alcohol level was .137%, almost twice the legal limit.
