It appears that Prudential Nichols Real Estate in Daphne is one of the few companies in our area doing this. They’re holding monthly bus tours of foreclosed homes in Baldwin County. A group of interested buyers is shuttled quickly from one house to the next on a Saturday morning. I tagged along for about half the tour today, 11/14/09. The full story is posted here.
