There is a treasure hunt going on at Medal of Honor Park this weekend. It's time for UCP's second annual Goldstein's Holiday Diamond Dig. The event is being held on the baseball diamond at the park. For $20, ladies over 16 years old, can purchase a spoon, that will serve as their shovel. There will be dozens of buried prizes, but the grand prize is a $2500 ring from Goldstein's Jewelers. It's gorgeous!
The proceeds from the event benefit the programs at United Cerebral Palsy.
The event starts at 11AM. Bring gardening gloves to avoid blisters! Knee pads are a good idea too. Remember, Medal of Honor Park is the former Cottage Hill Park.
