Ida has come and gone, leaving not much more than down time in it's path. School and work were cancelled for many Tuesday. We talked with shoppers who decided to kill time at the mall. Some were taking advantage of the day off by getting a head start on their holiday shopping. Ida may have brought more people to the mall but they might not have been buying much. Only one of the merchants we talked with said they saw an increase in business because of the storm.
