More than a dozen people looking for love on-line are now looking for bail money.
Police from Gulfport to Biloxi teamed up for an undercover sting, targeting escort services and individuals listed on Craig's List. Officers posing as both johns and escorts arrested 17 people on prostitution and drug charges.
More arrests are expected.
Police say they're trying to send a message that prostitution is not welcome in southeast Mississippi and they will target everyone who engages in illegal sexual acts.
