They put the “tire” in tired—that’s because they lift heavy tires and that makes them very tired afterwards. Twenty guys and two women put their might to the test in a strong man competition today, 10/31/09, at Hank Aaron Stadium. Events included a tire flip, pull-ups, pushups and other things that test endurance and strength. While the events look like just a test of strength you've got to have a lot of endurance too with something like a tire flip.
