A Corporal with The Satsuma Police Department has stepped down after being accused of sexual harassment. The Satsuma Police Chief says three complaints from three different women were filed against Cpl. Gary Mauldin. Chief David Benefield says when he confronted Mauldin Saturday about the allegations, Mauldin resigned, "we received citizens complaint in reference to Cpl. Mauldin alleging sexual harassment, some comments, inappropriate comments, being made to females as he was dealing with them in the performance of his duties," said Benefield. We tried to get in touch with Mauldin, but, we couldn't reach him. Mauldin had been on the police force in Satsuma for four years.
