BayFest organizers unveiled the artwork Wednesday for this year's music festival. It was designed by Fairhope artist Sam Gambino.
The winning design will also be featured on the BayFest website, in the ticket and on-site brochure designs, and as part of the entire ad campaign for this year’s event.
Organizers also announced tickets will go on-sale a month earlier than normal. In past years, three-day passes went on sale at bayfest.com on August 1. Due to unprecedented demand, tickets for this year’s festival will be available July 1. Three-day passes are $35.
BayFest is October 2-4 in Downtown Mobile. Among the more than 125 artists who will perform are Alan Jackson, Steve Miller Band, T-Pain and Akon.
