Mobile police are looking for the man they say robbed a customer and sodomized a female employee.
The violent robbery happened around 1:50 p.m. at Colonial Homes Construction on Dauphin Island Parkway.
The female employee was taken to the hospital. Police say the suspect was diving a black SUV, possibly a Ford Explorer.
The suspect is described as a black man with a medium-dark complexion, 6'1" tall and weighing 200 pounds.
