You've probably heard of "Auto Shop 101."
Maybe you took that class in high school.
But Thursday night, several dozen ladies took radio personality Jolene Roxbury's version of "Auto Shop" at Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile.
Roxbury and the car dealership teamed up to ask mechanics to show the ladies how to do basic car maintenance, like changing oil.
Roxbury said, "It's so far in between, the times when I have to jump off a car, and I know there's a way you can actually blow something up, so I think I'd like to learn about that."
When asked if she had ever had any car problems before, Juanita Knight of Mobile said, "No, none that my husband couldn't fix."
Debbie Thornton of Mobile said, "It would be nice to know how to change a tire."
As Roxbury said, the ladies took over the car dealership.
