The four year old boy is a patient of Dr. Lisa McDonough with Children's Medical Group. She made the diagnosis May 4th. The state health department confirmed it today.

McDonough tells News 5 the boy is doing fine.

"We had put him on Tamiflu, which slows down viral replication and he was much better the next day," McDonough said. "His temp was down to 99, he was feeling better. She kept her children home. After a day or two, none of the other children had symptoms, so they went back to school."

McDonough was not sure if the boy attended daycare.
