Boys Accused Of Molestation

Three young boys are accused of molesting another child on the school bus. The Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office says it happened Friday morning as the students were on their way to King Middle School in Milton. Sheriff's Office Spokesman, Sgt. Scott Haines, says the students were bullying the victim and recorded it on a cell phone, "they would think that it would be funny to simulate sex acts," said Haines, "just go through the different motions and things like that and another one would tape it on a cell phone and then they would switch seats and the next one would take a turn then the next one would take a turn just to belittle this individual." Now all three boys are charged with felony Lewd or Lascivious Molestation. One of the suspects is 13, the other two are 12. The boys have also been suspended from school. We talked with the father of one of the boys. He says police have blown this out of proportion. He says this was just a case of kids horsing around on a school bus.
