Mobile police have arrested a woman for the murder of a man outside a Broad Street tire shop.
50-year-old Clarence Howard was shot multiple times April 28th in the parking lot of Zollie Sanders Wheel Alignment Shop. He later died at USA Medical Center.
Wednesday night, police arrested 39-year-old Charlotte Weaver and charged her with murder. Police say she shot Howard during an argument.
