Man Throws Ex-Girlfriend's Baby Out Car Window

Police say he got into a fight with the baby's mother, then took off with the three-month-old and threw him out of the car while driving down the interstate.

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - A baby was found dead after being thrown from
a car in Tampa and authorities have captured the suspect - the
mother's ex-boyfriend.
Hillsborough County authorities said they found 21-year-old
Richard Anthony McTear Jr. Tuesday morning, hours after police say
threw the child from the car.
Police say he got into a fight with the baby's mother and
attacked both of them. He then fled with the child in his blue
Chevrolet Impala.
The three-month-old baby, Emanuel Wesley Murray, was found near
Interstate 275.
