Alabama health officials say the state now has 14 confirmed or probable cases of the H1N1 Swine Flu.

A student at Troy University is the latest Alabamian diagnosed with the illness. Health officials say it is a female student in her 20's.

The Centers For Disease Control in Atlanta will retest the sample from the student, but Dr. Donald Williamson, the state's top doctor, says he is 95% sure the original test will be confirmed.

The Alabama Department of Public Health announced this afternoon there are four confirmed cases of the virus in the state. Three of the confirmed cases involve elementary school students in Madison County, and the fourth is a Montgomery County woman.

Ten "probable" cases in the state, including the Troy University student, are being tested again by CDC, though state officials hope to receive equipment as early as tomorrow to confirm future tests themselves.

Williamson says health officials have received more than 300 samples for testing from across the state.
