DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) - A 15-year-old Dothan boy is being held in
juvenile detention on state charges of possessing images of child
pornography.
The Houston County sheriff's office arrested the teen Tuesday.
Sheriff Andy Hughes said investigators found 13 illicit images
of children and children with adults. He said the pornographic
material was obtained over the internet and from a DVD.
Hughes said the boy, whose name was withheld due to his age,
will be charged as a juvenile.
Authorities said the case remains under investigation.
