PUBLIC HEARINGS
Possible School Closings and Consolidations
March 12, 2009, Mobile, Al., - The Mobile County Board of School Commissioners will be holding three public hearings next week to discuss possible school closings and consolidations.
During the Board work session March 4, Superintendent Dr. Roy Nichols presented the Board members with a list of schools being considered. He is not yet recommending that the schools be closed.
Public Hearings are now scheduled at the following schools in the cafeteria.
March 16, 2009 Hillsdale Middle 6:00PM
March 17, 2009 Woodcock Elementary 6:00PM
March 18, 2009 Fonvielle Elementary 6:00PM
