Senator Jeff Sessions released the following statement about the shooting rampage in Southeast Alabama.
“I was deeply saddened by the news of this horrific tragedy, a senseless act that has taken many innocent lives. State and local law enforcement officers in the area responded bravely, and I’m proud of their courageous and quick action, which undoubtedly saved the lives of others. This is very difficult time for the community. Mary and I extend our deepest condolences to the families of these victims. They will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers.”
