ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Prosecutors want to know how Casey Anthony
is paying her legal bills.
Prosecutors filed a motion Monday asking that the financial
agreement between the Orlando mother and her attorney be made
available to them and the judge presiding over her murder trial.
Anthony is accused of killing her toddler, Caylee Anthony.
Prosecutors are concerned that Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez,
may be paid by selling the rights to Anthony's story, an
arrangement which they say could pose a conflict of interest.
A spokeswoman for Baez said she planned to issue a comment later
in the day Tuesday.
