ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - A St. Petersburg teacher is accused
of sending pornographic pictures of herself to a 14-year-old boy.
Police say 32-year-old Christy Lynn Martin admitted she used a
cell phone to exchange naked pictures with the boy last weekend.
She was booked into the Pinellas County Jail Saturday night on
charges of transmitting pornographic images through an electronic
device and transmitting material harmful to a minor. She was
released the next day on bond.
Police spokesman Bill Profitt says the teen, an eighth-grader
who is not being identified, told investigators he and the teacher
had a relationship.
