ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Orlando police call it a combative
relationship that ended when the boyfriend strangled his girlfriend
using a bra.
Abdullah Khalig was arrested Tuesday on one count of
first-degree murder. The 37-year-old was being held at the Orange
County Jail without bail.
He denies killing 29-year-old Lolitta Flores. He told police he
last saw her Feb. 18 when he was cited with trespassing at her home
during a domestic dispute.
Police received a tip from a friend of Khalig's and found the
victim at her home on Sunday, strangled with her bra.
Khalig had just completed his sentence for an earlier attack on
her.
