50 of the brightest young women in America were in Mobile tonight, hoping to take home the title of America's Junior Miss for 2009. This year's winner is Michelle Rodgers of Kentucky. Her prize is a $50,000 scholarship. Mississippi's Junior Miss Sidney Anthony was just a hair away from taking the title was first runner up. She took home a $20,000 scholarship. Alabama's Junior Miss, Kathryn Tully was a top 10 finalist.
