Alabama State Troopers say a Mobile man was killed Sunday morning when he was ejected from his vehicle. It happened around 6 AM on Schillinger Road near Cottage Hill Road in West Mobile.
Troopers say 33-year-old Joseph Daniel Proulx III was driving at a high rate of speed when he hit a culvert and overturned his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say Proulx was alone and was not wearing a seat belt.
