Loxley Police say they've taken a rapist off the streets. 31-year-old Charles Raines is accused of breaking into a woman's Stapleton home early Sunday morning and sexually assaulting her at knifepoint. Police Chief John Cason says Raines confessed to the crime and apologized, "he said he needed help. I don't know for what, but, said he needs help and that, you know, he said he did it and he gave us some details that only he would have known about the interior of the residence and some of the things that went on while the crime was in progress," said Chief Cason.
