It was a good weekend for some fishing in Mobile. A handful of fishermen and crabbers dotted the edges of the Causeway Sunday, May 31, 2009. With the Battleship as their backdrop, many tried to land some big game. Most of the fishermen we spoke with say they weren't getting any bites; but, those looking for blue crabs were more successful. For some it was all about getting outside in this beautiful weather.
“Just a little piece and quiet from the house, it's relaxing being out here not only the traffic but fishing alone is relaxing," said recreational fisherman Christopher Drake.
