Mobile Man Charged With Murder In  Deadly Wreck

The Mobile County DA's office says Carl Miller was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana and driving 90-100 mph when he hit a tree in Grand Bay killing his two cousins.

The Mobile County District Attorney's office says Carl Miller was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana and driving 90-100 mph when he hit a tree in Grand Bay killing his two cousins.

The accident happened about 7:30 p.m. Friday on Ramsey Road. 17-year-old Billy Miller and 20-year-old Joseph Miller, both of Mobile, were killed in the crash.

Miller, who left the scene of the accident, is charged with two counts of murder. He will be in court Tuesday for a bond hearing.
