Antonio Love is deaf and mentally disabled but managed to write a letter about what happened that day at the Dollar General.

The family of the man tased inside a store restroom is expected to make a statement on Friday about possibly filing suit against the Mobile Police Department.

The incident happened last Friday at the Dollar General on Azalea Road. Antonio Love's mother says police pepper sprayed and tased her son when he wouldn't come out of the restroom. Love's family says he is deaf, mentally-disabled and was having stomach problems.

One officer involved in the incident is reportedly on administrative duty. Love's family says they want justice for Antonio and have considered filing suit all week. We'll let you know what happens at the press conference.
