Fired Town Manager & His Porn Star Wife Won't Sue

Scott Janke was fired from his job after city officials learned his wife was a porn star. Janke says he and 42-year-old Anabela Mota are leaving town with "our heads held high."

FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. (AP) - The administrator of a southwest
Florida beach town who was fired because his wife is an adult film
star says he doesn't plan legal action.
The Fort Myers Beach council made international news when it
voted to fire town manager Scott Janke last week. The action came
after city officials learned his wife of less than a year was an
actress in the adult film industry.
The 55-year-old Janke held a Web chat with readers of The
News-Press Wednesday. He said he and 42-year-old Anabela Mota are
leaving town with "our heads held high."
He wouldn't say where they the family will live. The couple is
raising Mota's 15-year-old triplets.
Town officials called the issue a disruption that was bad for
its image.
