Here’s some storm video I shot near the intersection of the I-65 Service Road and Dauphin Street on Sunday, July 26, 2009. The lightning barely made a sound in the night sky. The video in the upper right hand corner of this web page is edited to shorten the downtime between flashes. In reality, the flashes were about 15 seconds apart. This storm follows some very heavy rain that hit at around 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
