An intense high speed chase as our News 5 camera rolls on all the action. Police say it started when a car was stolen in Foley. Loxley Police spotted that car and the chase was on. From Baldwin County, it moved into a Mobile neighborhood. The suspect bailed from his SUV and made a run for it. With guns drawn, police tried to nab him, but he got away. Then, he was spotted again. He was weaving in and out of traffic at speeds of a hundred miles an hour down the interstate, taking emergency lanes, things of that nature, we we're just looking to get him off the roadway and get him captured," said Loxley Police Lt. Doug Phillips. Luckily, no one was hurt. Loxley Police have identified the suspect as Derell Driscoll. He faces a number of charges including, receiving stolen property, attempting to elude police, and reckless driving.
