What used to be a flea market looks more like a junk yard and the county says clean it up.
The property is in West Mobile County on Newman Road off Airport Boulevard. The business owner says they shut down the market and this is what's left.
Neighbors started complaining in March and the county issued a junk violation warning to Rick Eversden in June. Eversden says none of this is junk but the county disasgrees. He has until July 21st to get in compliance.
If it's not cleaned up by the deadline, fines start at 150 dollars every 15 days until the mess is gone.
