Prichard Police are investigating a shooting that happened just after midnight in the 200 block of North Joseph Street. Police say three men shot the victim in the chest as he stood in the yard of a home.
He was rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition., Police believe the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute. One of the suspects if identified as 24-year old William "Red" Kidd. He is also a suspect in the Thursday murder of William Hampton who was shot and killed in the same area.
Kidd is from the Toulminville area of Mobile and is considered armed and dangerous.
