Girl Thrown Off 190 Foot Bridge

A hospital says a 4-year-old
Australian girl who was thrown from a 190-foot (58-meter) bridge by
her father has died.
Police said shocked motorists saw a man throw the girl from the
busy West Gate Bridge into a river in the southern city of
Melbourne on Thursday morning.
She was rescued from the river alive but in critical condition.
The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne says the girl died
shortly after being admitted.
Police have arrested the girl's father and charged him with
murder.
Authorities say the girl's brother and sister were in the car
when the man stopped it and threw the 4-year-old from the bridge.
