An elderly man is accused of shooting his wife in the chest.
Mobile police say 76-year-old Bennie Watson pulled out a .357 revolver during a late night fight with his wife just and pulled the trigger. 54-year-old Darlene Waston was transported to USA Medical Center. She has since been released.
Watson is charged with domestic violence. He's due in court Friday morning for a bond hearing.
