Surveillance cameras at the airport where Marcus Schrenker took off from the night his plane crashed in Florida capture his alleged girlfriend on tape.
The video is from December 29th. According to flight records, Schrenker and 31-year-old Kelly Baker flew to Key West to celebrate New Year's Eve.
Schrenker's alleged affair is why his wife field for divorce.
Schrenker pleaded not guilty Thursday morning in Pensacola to charges he deliberately crashed his plane in a botched effort to fake his death and escape financial ruin.
Judge Roger Vinson ordered the 38-year-old to undergo a psychiatric evaluation by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Schrenker's attorney claims he's not mentally competent for trial.
