U.S. Marshals Capture FL Rape Suspect In Tennessee

Chad Alioth was wanted for twice raping a woman at gunpoint and threatening to kill her if she told anyone. Marshals had to tase Alioth twice during the takedown.

U.S. Marshals arrested a sex offender in Nashville wanted for raping a woman at gunpoint in Escambia County, Florida.

According to the Sheriff's Office, Chad Alioth held a gun to a girl's head and raped her. He came back and did it a second time and also threatened to kill her if she told anyone.

Alioth was previously convicted for sexually assaulting and kidnapping a minor in Arizona in 1994.

Marshals spotted Alioth riding in a car in Nashville. They stopped the car, but arresting him was not as easy. Marshals say Alioth fought them and even bit a Nashville police officer. They had to tase him twice and put him in leg restraints before he calmed down.
