Citronelle Wreck: Driver Out On Bond

A man facing murder charges for an accident that killed three young people is out on bond. 20 year old Michael Loper is facing three counts of murder and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.


The accident happened along Highway 45 in Citronelle Friday night. News Five spoke with family members of Mary Allyson Baker, the 18 year old girl who was killed during the crash. The teen's father says he is angry that Loper is out of jail. "He was able to drive off knowing that my daughter was laying out there in a field somewhere. Don't know if she was begging looking for her Daddy,"Said Paul Baker


Michael Loper's Attorney refused to comment on the case tonight. Funeral arrangements for Mary Allyson Baker are set for Thursday at Mobile Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m.
