Mobile Police say a man busted in his ex-girlfriend's home and stabbed her new boyfriend 7 times. It happened Sunday in the Bellingrath Court Trailer Park on Bellingrath Road. Police say John Powell went to his ex-girlfriend's home to get their child. But, they say he busted in and was confronted by his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend. The two struggled and police say Powell pulled out a knife and stabbed the boyfriend. Charles Partridge says he's friends with the victim, "its crazy baby mama drama, that's all it is," said Partridge. Police are not releasing the victim's name, but, they say he's expected to be okay. As for Powell, he now faces attempted murder and burglary charges.
