The Mobile County Sheriff's Office and Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board are cracking down on underage drinking this Holiday Season. They went on an undercover sting Wednesday night to find out if stores are selling to minors. We went along for the ride as they checked store after store. They sent an undercover teenager in for the buy, "we've got a minor that's certified through either ABC or through the Circuit Court and they'll go in and attempt to purchase alcohol for us in these different stores throughout the county," said MCSO Sgt. David Phillips. The Sheriff's Office says all of the stores were in compliance except for 2. In those stores, the Sheriff's Office says the clerks sold alcohol to the minor. Neither store would comment for this story.
