President Barack Obama joins the ranks of Nelson Mandela, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mother Teresa....as he picks up the Nobel Peace Prize today.
The honor comes at an awkward time for the President.
He just ordered more American forces into battle in Afghanistan.
During his speech, President Obama plans to confront critics who say a wartime president involved in two battles shouldn't receive the nobel honor.
President Obama is the third sitting president to receive the prize...but the first in 90 years.
