Fort Walton artist Marlin Miller has been using dead, old oak trees to make sculptures along the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the last two years. Today he unveiled the last of his 40 works on the town green in Biloxi. The marlin sculpture is crafted from the remains of an old oak tree killed by the salt waters of Katrina. I’ll have more on this story and other events around Mississippi today.
