Mobile Police are investigating a drive-by shooting that sent a 56-year old man to the hospital. Police say it happened around 7:00 o'clock Saturday night at Lafayette and Hogan Streets. According to police, the man was shot in the right foot by a group appearing to be black juveniles driving in a white Chevrolet Caprice.
Police say they do not have a motive in the case and have no suspects at this time. Police have not released the name of the victim, but did say he was taken to Springhill Memorial Hospital.
